Before that, she resided in St. Louis, MO and worked as both a school psychologist and clinical psychologist serving children, teens, and parents. What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session is 50 minutes. Sessions begin with any updates since the last appointment and establishing an agenda. Throughout the session, we touch on those agenda items and skill-building strategies one-by-one, at a pace comfortable to you. At the end of each session, we recap and schedule the next appointment (if that feels right to you).
