Getting to know Dr. Lily Hall
Dr. Hall is private pay only ($260 for an initial session, $250 for following sessions) via credit card or Venmo. If you decide this is not the right fit, please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking. Dr. Hall will follow up via email or phone prior to your appointment to introduce herself.
Dr. Hall is a parenting coach, family therapist, and child and teen counselor. She provides therapy to clients in-person in PA and virtually to clients residing in PA and NY.
Her specialties include ADHD, parenting coaching, behavior challenges, tic disorders, anxiety, school refusal, and family conflict.
Dr. Hall works with you to find the best treatment plan. She offers evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBIT (for tic disorders), mindfulness, and Parent Management Training (PMT).
Dr. Hall has a private practice in PA with virtual therapy offered in both PA and NY. Dr. Hall also serves as a school psychologist at an independent school in PA. Previously, she worked as a clinical psychologist in the ADHD and Behavior Disorders Center at the Child Mind Institute in New York City. Before that, she resided in St. Louis, MO and worked as both a school psychologist and clinical psychologist serving children, teens, and parents.
In addition to being a full-time psychologist, Dr. Hall is a certified Hatha yoga instructor. She enjoys time with family, cooking, and walks with her Bernese-Spaniel dog, Indie.

Clients view me as positive, warm, genuine, validating, empathic, responsive, organized, and thoughtful. You will find my approach to be client-centered, direct, and problem-solving oriented. I cannot wait to work with you!
What is your typical process for working with clients?
A typical session is 50 minutes. Sessions begin with any updates since the last appointment and establishing an agenda. Throughout the session, we touch on those agenda items and skill-building strategies one-by-one, at a pace comfortable to you. At the end of each session, we recap and schedule the next appointment (if that feels right to you).
