if you have any other medical conditions she will refuse to diagnose you with any mental health issues. immediately wants to put you on medication without any other intervention first. was very rude and kept asking me “why are you here” repeatedly despite me trying to explain. never asked for a medical history and was rude when brought up. terrible experience, kinda traumatizing lowkey.

The site does not accept Medicare Part B unless you live in California. This is not stated on Zocdoc or on their site. I wasted two hours yesterday filling out information to be sent an email stating i had to fill on out the information again on their site. I was not given a scheduling time after and was told that someone would get in touch with me, nobody ever did. I had to go back on their site and do a live chat. It was the that i was informed that they do not accept Medicare Part B, unless you live in California. Probably because they want to have the chance at hooking you with out of pocket instead. Terrible site!!
