My impression of Dr Schad’s office began before I even arrived, when a wonderful office manager called to inform me my insurance had a glitch. She gave me an opportunity to postpone my appointment with little notice so as to solve the problem, and was clear on what I would be charged. When I came in, the receptionists were quick and lovely. Dr Schad was helpful and very communicative. She answered all my questions and I only spent 30 min there, including wait time, filling out forms, and being seen. I was seen a few minutes early. I am very happy with Dr Schad and am looking forward to making her my regular eye doctor. Highly recommend!

Lindsay was great! I was in and out in 30 minutes. They told me exactly how much everything would cost upfront so there was no surprises at the end. I even placed an order for a year long supply of contact lenses because they made everything so simple. I highly recommend!
