Hi there, my name is Dr. Liz! My passion is working with emerging adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relational challenges, or life transitions.
I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and empowering my clients using the strengths they already have, as they journey towards hope and healing. My hope is that each of my clients feels safe to be their honest, authentic selves with me, and that they feel seen, heard, and understood.
