Dr Griggs was nice,
But she did laugh at some of my questions which made me feel a little uneasy. Also told me to ask questions next time as if I had too many questions. I am a first time mom so that was really unpleasant for me especially because I’m young. I can’t say I recommend her for other African American Women. She has good reviews, but I did not have the best experience. I do appreciate her help. But I probably will not be returning sadly.

The office staff were rude when they called to confirm my appointment, rude when I checked in, and rude when I left. Their behavior made me feel judged and uncomfortable.
Dr. Griggs herself was nice and tried to make me comfortable. I personally wasn’t jiving with the atmosphere especially after my check in experience. I will not return to Dr. Griggs’s office due to the staff, but if you don’t care about office staff she is a nice doctor.

Dr. Griggs is a very pleasant person overall. She was patient, a good listener, informative, and punctual.
The office initially gave me an unpleasant experience. I was consistently asked for my insurance within short time frame, told they weren’t able to see me, and not given alternative payment options.
In conclusion the staff was understanding about my concerns, and informed me of more alternatives that I didn’t receive.
Due to me paying cash for my services I would’ve preferred to have payed for consultation with physician, and had minor lab test and blood work done at my primary physician.
I look forward to having a better experience at my next appointment. I’m sure Dr. Griggs will be great.
