“The office observed COVID protocols. The nurse was very helpful, friendly with me. Dr. Hays actually listened to me about what is wrong and referred me to different specialists. I also got an ear irrigation at the end of my visit. Lovely.”

Nice, approachable, and thorough. Did a very detailed physical exam. The wait time was minimal, and I felt very safe since I got to wait in my car before the appointment. Staff were top notch too!

Very glad I found Dr. Hays. I needed a new PCP and was impressed with my initial office visit. Despite being in the middle of the "Covid Crisis", the office protocol was set up for everyone's health-safety. Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm particularly impressed with the entire Methodist Healthcare System (which Dr, Hays is a part of). The office staff helped me set up new appointments with additional specialists that were needed.

Dr. Hayes is the man! He is super great and to the point. No fluff. Just good doctoring and understanding. I was able to completely explain my ailments and he worked with me through several treatment options. This is a world-class doctor!
