What should a new client know about working with you?

I am an integrative therapist firmly grounded in a client-centered and motivational interviewing approach that utilizes CBT and DBT strategies to promote change and improve outcomes. I work collaboratively with my clients and “meet them where they are at” so we can identify their existing strengths and develop additional skills that can help overcome their challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work is highly collaborative, so clients can expect an empathetic, straightforward experience in which they are active participants in their developing strategies that address the life challenges that compromise their ability to be at their best.
