“I arrived early for my appointment because I was in the area. The receptionist was nice, and the paperwork was simple, not pages and pages to fill out. Every time I call this office, they are efficient and nice, which is more than I can say for other doctors’ offices nowadays. They called me back at my appointment time on the dot. Another thing that doesn’t happen at other doctors’ offices. I have waited up to an hour at some. If you’re a female, you know that going to the gynecologist isn’t the most comfortable thing to do. But Dr. Santiago makes you feel otherwise. I hadn’t seen Dr. Santiago in two years, and as soon as he walked into the room, he greeted me with the biggest smile and the nicest greeting. He gives direct information but is gentle with his words and always so reassuring. I wanted to take this time to write a review in hopes that he reads this to let him know that a doctor like him is 1 in a million! I am grateful to have him as my doctor. Thank you, Dr. Santiago!”

Dr Luis Santiago was professional, polite, and a great listener. He took the time to clearly explain my mammogram results and answer all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and informed. I originally scheduled an appointment for September 29, but the office contacted me and I rescheduled for October 6. When I arrived, the system hadn’t been updated, so my name wasn’t on the list. However, I showed the confirmation text from Zocdoc, and they added me right away without any issues.

Dr Santiago is amazing and patient. He is always smiling and trying his best to make his patient comfortable. He took time to explain the diagnostic and let you express your concern. He is a well listener and great doctor.

Unfriendly and rude staff. Waited almost ten minutes for someone to help me and they only helped because I asked how much longer I would be ignored. Mind you, I was standing right at the counter the entire time. Girl w glasses and curly hair at the front canceled my appointment and made NO effort to accommodate me even though I FLEW IN for this appt. Called the office to complain and see if they could help but they didn’t.
And as if that weren’t enough, they rescheduled my appointment about two days before “because the Dr had a death in the family”. So let me get this straight, I can move my plans around while living in another state to accommodate YOU, but you can’t have a five minute conversation with me to see if you could help ME. Craziness. Never coming here again.

I completely trust Dr. Santiago
He's always so helpful. He is thorough and has the best bed side manner. He was with me for my first pregnancy and delivery, and now I'm glad that he'll be with me again for the second.

I always get nervous going to the OB/GYN but this time around I wasn’t and I guess that was a good thing. When I walked in for my appointment I was greeted and made aware that someone would be right with me to give me the paperwork I needed as a first time patient. I didn’t even sit for 5 minutes and I was already called to the back for my vitals by Mercedes. She was nice and friendly and pleasant to talk to. Dr Santiago listened intentionally to make sure that my concerns were heard and that he would have solutions and an active plan for me going forward. My appointment was at 3:00 I was out by 4:20 only because I had new patient work up and blood work and I was talking to the doctor about my wedding and to the nurse that was taking my blood. Overall I didn’t feel like I was waiting in the office for a long time.
