Dr. Forrester was personable, attentive, patient, knowledgeable, skillful, and trustworthy. I saw her in the Manhattan office and I wish she was there more frequently, so I wouldn't have to go to the Bronx for my necessary follow ups. No wait, new facility. The office staff, however, had a more of a bare minimum approach - a little smile can go a long way.
