Forward Chiropractic is managed by its founders, Dr. Ayushi Sinha and Dr. Lynnard Cabanas, who together bring a combined 15 years of chiropractic experience to the San Francisco Bay Area. Both doctors earned their Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from Life Chiropractic College West. Our integrative approach reaffirms the importance of the relationship between practitioner and patient. I had a fantastic experience at Forward Chiropractor. Walking in, the space felt calm and clean. The good music playing in the background created such a chill vibe.

They totally understood what was going on with me and were very conscientious of what procedures they could do and not do on me and they did do some muscle therapy. I came out feeling better with one appointment very knowledgeable and professional and explained how the body works and how they would be treating me. They also work close with PALO ALTO medical foundation and had access to my record, which was really nice because I didn’t have to repeat my whole history that made it way easier and the whole team can work in conjunction.

I've been having a lot of issues with Zocdoc telling me a provider takes me insurance only to book an appointment and be told the opposite. I have blue sheild of california through covered california.. I have uploaded pictures of my insurance card so the coverage info needs to be changed to clearly state insurances under Covered California are not accepted.

I really enjoyed the visit with the doctor today. The office was truly well organized staff was very friendly. The assessment was extremely thorough and they were very detailed. As to my medical history, we had a very open conversation about all of my goals, and what I was looking to achieve in adding the good doctor to my team of physicians and healthcare professionals they took copious notes and ask for permission to speak with my physicians regarding my treatments and work together as a coherent team for my betterment. I recommend this chiropractor and his office for anyone who truly wants to get better and not just looking for a run of the mill adjustment of your bones.

The 1st appointment went really well. Both doctors were great at communicating and helped me come up with treatment plan. After the adjustment I already feel relieved from pain and feeling much better. Very friendly doctors, highly recommend.
