As a practice, we truly believe that excellence in performing all eye procedures comes from both education and experience. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from George Washington University, completed my Bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Irvine, and received my internship in Internal Medicine as well as my residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Texas, San Antonio. We strive to stay current on the latest techniques and standards to provide our patients with the safest treatments and the most optimal results. That’s why we focus on thorough exams—checking your overall health before performing any procedures. We also understand that surgery, if needed, is never routine, no matter how many thousands of times we have performed such procedures. We never take for granted the great confidence you place in us. This doctor is very friendly and competent, but there is a LOT of religious paraphernalia and bible scriptures in every room. It was a little uncomfortable for me but ultimately not a deal breaker.

I loved using ZocDoc. It was easy and up to date with the information they had. Dr. Lowry took her time and explained things to me that I could understand. She was thorough and her team was very well organized, friendly and worked with the clients as well as each other.
It was a wonderful experience. I already have an appointment to go back to her and have already recommended her to several of my co workers who live in that area. I drove almost 45 minutes from my home to go to her....that says a lot about the care she provided.

Dr.L was great! She listened to my questions and answered clearly and further explained on subjects to emphasize how important things were or on what things I shouldn't worry about. She discovered some damage I didn't even know I have but it's unfortunately irreversible. Just nothing to worry about for now. I was given a very thorough eye exam to see exactly what glasses and contact lenses work best for me. I'm 26 and recommend here to the young and the old. Thumbs up ??

This office has practitioners and staff that are claiming a medical exemption and were not wearing masks. Embarrassing that medical “professionals” (including doctors!) are allowed to function in this way. How can you trust any diagnosis they provide when they cant even pretend to care about pandemic guidelines?

Dr. Lowry is absolutely amazing. I have complained to other doctors about dry and finally was told to go see a specialist and turns out I don't need glasses at all and my daily eye pain is from severe dry eyes. Her bedside manner is superb and she is friendly and personable and so happy I found her on Zocdoc!!!!!
