The office is brand new, modern and pleasant and I was seen immediately by an aide who was friendly and handled all of the initial testing. Dr. Pastrano lluberes followed up quickly and was also friendly and took her time to explain my test results and treatment. I was further impressed when I called back after my appointment because of a glitch with my pharmacy and the office manager immediately took the initiative and called the pharmacy to straighten things out and then called me back to both assure me the issue had been corrected. (And to re-emphasize, the issue was with the pharamcy, not Baker Health.) I highly recommend both Dr. Pastrano lluberes and Baker Health.

Very unproffesional! When I first went upstairs, it's all open and there are no signs to even know your in the right place. The first thing they asked was if I had a "reservation" which furthered my confusionThe computer's were down, which I get, it happens, There was loud music pumping, when I was waiting in exam room for dr. you coulld hear it muffled but felt like I was in a club. They told me they would send me a script for bloodwork which they never did. The male assistant that helped me was nice. The Dr. came in for not even 5 min and didn't seem concerned that I haven't had smell or taste over 2 months. Please don't waste your time here!!

It took more time taking my vitals than conversing with the actual doctor. She used her phone flashlight to check my mouth rather than a medical one, and did not give me a single diagnosis but prescribed 4 different medications.
