About Dr. Marciano Figueroa
Please note: If you are booking an annual physical you must select the visit reason "Annual Physical" when scheduling your appointment. If you do not select this visit reason your appointment will have to be cancelled by the practice due to scheduling requirements. Annual physicals can only be booked 1x per year.
Effective, July 15, 2016 patients will be charged a "No Show" fee for appointments not canceled in a timely manner. If you cannot confirm this appointment, please contact the office immediately.
Urgent care patients are also accepted. Marciano Figueroa, MD, is a primary care physician who obtained his medical degree from the University of Perpetual Help System Dr. Jose G. Tamayo Medical University in the Philippines. He then completed a residency at St. Mary’s Hospital. He continued his training by finishing a fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Marciano Figueroa, MD, is board certified in family medicine. He is a Valley Medical Group physician, affiliated with The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ. Great doctor, short wait time which is a SIGNIFICANT improvement compared to prior years where my wait was over 30 min with an appointment.
The only negative is I received the pre- arrival email, entered my details, did a pre-arrival call the day before, went through my details and on the day, they wanted to go through my detail AGAIN at check-in. How about no. Do not waste my time if you know the steps need to be repeated in-person.

I saw the doctor online and he was friendly, attentive and caring and created an environment where I could explain my symptoms. He carefully listened and assessed and explained what was causing my cold and persistent coughing. He also checked if I was vaccinated and asked which dates I got each dose of vaccination. This is the first time I saw this doctor and he had the most amazing bedside manor and was so knowledgeable. The nurse who drew my blood was soooo sweet. All in all, wonderful staff! Definitely will use him as my primary care doctor.
