About Dr. Margi Shah
Hi, I’m Dr. Shah. My passion for optometry is deeply personal—growing up with my father, who was blind due to retinitis pigmentosa, inspired me to pursue this field and help others facing vision loss.
?I earned my Bachelor’s in Neuroscience from Franklin & Marshall College and my doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. My rotations sparked my interest in primary care optometry, ocular disease, and dry eye treatment.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, solving New York Times crossword puzzles, and supporting local businesses. I’m fluent in Gujarati and love connecting with my patients in meaningful ways.

I was having an issue with both of my eyes for about four weeks. I went to the urgent care
And the prescribed antibiotics and it was no help. I went here in the Dr right away knew what it was and gave me a prescription instead of take about six weeks to clear up, but I was relieved. She’s really kind and a pleasure to talk to. I definitely go back to see her from my eye needs.

I've worn glasses for over 50 years and Dr. Shah not only provided excellent service with a thorough eye exam and glaucoma screening, but also recommended a very light, glare free lens that improved my corrected vision.
