“After having my condition on my feet for over 9 months and not being able to hardly walk , numerous doctors , meds and ointments AND a stay in hospital from meds i was on i was referred to him . He came in was so nice introduced himself and took 1 look at my feet which looked like hamburger meat and knew EXACTLY what was wrong and my condition. 2 weeks later i went back and OMG my feet were sooooo much better! I could walk and it was almost cleared up. Now 1 month and 1 week later my feet are 100% back to normal. This doctor knows his stuff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!??????????”

About Dr. Mark Jones
Dr. Jones has been a dedicated practitioner in the field of podiatry since 2001. Following his extensive education and surgical residency in Chicago, where he served as Chief Resident, he began his private practice in the Chicagoland area. He has been interviewed/featured on WGN, in multiple newspapers and journals, and was an expert panelist on Sirius XM Doctors program out of New York City. Dr. Jones had the distinguished opportunity to serve as the treating podiatrist for Broadway in Chicago at one point in his career.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Jones has been an active presenter and continuing medical education (CME) lecturer, sharing his expertise with peers in the field. He expanded his practice to northwest Indiana in 2010 and has been committed to educating and mentoring residents since the outset of his career. He has been an adjunct clinical assistant professor of Orthopaedic surgery for Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Jones served as the Director of Podiatry at Methodist Hospital Orthopedic and Spine Center in northwest Indiana, where he supervised residents during their clinical rotations. Currently, he is the Director of Podiatry at NorthShore Health Centers, where he has refocused his practice to serve underserved populations through this Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system. With years of experience and thousands of patients treated, Dr. Jones is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for foot and ankle conditions and welcomes the opportunity to discuss your treatment options.

I went in to have a very painful ingrown toenail removed. It was embedded in my skin. Dr Mark Jones let me know it was too deep to remove without numbing my toe. He informed me of everything he was doing and why. He stated the needle looked more painful than the actual pain would be. He was absolutely right. Dr Jones was gentle and very pleasant. My experience was so smooth I’m actually going back to him soon.

That my appointment was in a large clinic was a surprise. With today’s health environment, having so many sick people in a wide open room seemed careless. When I first walked into the room I was tempted to back out but resisted the urge. I wasn’t sick and hadn’t been sick. 24 hours later I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Something I hadn’t experienced in years. 5 days later I’m still not quite right. No fever, no pain, but no appetite and stomach still queasy. No Covid…stomach flu. And, to boot, my appointment was in vain. Dr. Jones no longer does surgery, and I came looking for a corrective surgery. If I had only known, I could have saved myself a disappointment and some consequential health issues. Dr. Jones comes highly recommended. After my botched up surgery, it’s hard to trust my foot to anyone other than him. I wish I had known.
