The doctor was pretty short with me and didn’t like questions that required him to explain his reasoning. Very “know it all” personality. There were two women working in the office. The woman with black hair & no glasses conducted the initial exam after checking in. She could not have been nicer or sweeter. Incredibly polite and happy to answer questions. The other woman - pale, significantly overweight, very round face and clear framed glasses - could not have been more abrasive and unpleasant. She was very pretentious and shared the doctors know it all attitude. When I asked about the process & timelines for getting glasses made, her response was hostile and bothered, as though I was the dumbest person alive asking her the dumbest question. Overall it works; I got my eye exam. The doctor did his job. However, the rotund pale woman will be the reason I don’t come back. She’ll also be the reason I caution others from seeking care here.
