Dr. Wintersteen earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and went on to complete his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed a one-year primary podiatric medical residency within the Wyckoff Heights Hospital System serving Brooklyn and Queens, New York, followed by a one-year surgical residency at Mercy Suburban Hospital. Throughout his career, Dr. Wintersteen has remained committed to patient-centered care. His philosophy emphasizes making patients a priority, focusing on their overall well-being, and delivering outcome-driven treatment plans. He strongly believes in exhausting conservative treatment options before considering surgical intervention and values a collaborative, team-based approach to care. Born and raised in the mountains of Idaho, Dr. Wintersteen has practiced podiatry in Pennsylvania since 1994. He is a proud father of four children and enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, relaxing at home, motorcycles, good food, and time with friends.
