Long wait time but they were very apologetic so that must not be the norm. Didn't seem like the rooms were sanitized in between patients which was concerning with how many people were there & the ongoing pandemic. Doctor, however, was very kind and sweet. We just kept getting interrupted by others coming in so it was frustrating.

I noticed that all the medical forms were also available in Korean, so kudos to their language accessibility! The front staff were very communicative and clear and Dr. Maturi is very bubbly and kind. But as a person of color, I found some of her small talk uncomfortable. None of her comments were malicious - but if you care about microaggressions, this may not be the place for you.
When she read my last name, she asked if I was Hispanic. I said that I was Filipino, to which she replied "Oh I was wondering what you were." She then shared how she has Filipino friends (cool, I guess). Later, she randomly asked me which church I donated to. When she noticed I was confused by this question, she then backtracked and asked if I was raised Catholic. I was surprised she asked me such a personal question and assumed my religion based on my ethnicity. The exchange felt awkward, but overall she gave me the proper treatment I needed. If you are a person of color, this is just a heads up for a potentially awkward bedside conversation.

Dr. Maturi was amazing! I was a new patient and she took the time to hear my concerns and talked me through everything she prescribe for me. She even pulled me over to the computer to show me how certain over the counter products looked so I could get it myself. I definitely will be coming back next time !

Yap, Yap, many referrals and prescription. And inclusive seeking for a large bottle of water that I left behind two weeks ago and now want to seek for it to give it to me. Incredible. This was a very unprofessional visit. She took a non-emergency phone call in the middle of my appointment, and did not seem to even know or focus on me. She also always tried to push weight loss pills when that is not what I am there for by any means.

I went to see this doctor for a fracture I thought I had in my foot on Monday. Had my appointment at 12:15, didn’t see the doctor till 1:20. Had to wait an hour to just the doctor. Told her what happened and that I had pain in my foot. She writes for me to get an X-ray on my ankle when I told her that my pain was coming from my foot. I went to get an X-ray on Monday, it’s now Wednesday and haven’t heard anything back from the doctor. Not even on any suggestions on what I should do. Literally the worst experience I’ve had.
