“The office appear to be run efficiently. It was about 10 minutes from our arrival and providing our insurance information to the staff to be called into the back to be seen by the Physican. The medical assistant did the expected of confirming who I was and information generally taken for any new patient. I provided information to facilitate the transition including my medication list, my medical problems, and my medical history. Once that information was completed, we waited approximately 30 to 40 minutes for the Physcian to see us. The physician was thorough in his questioning and his examination. We left with a clear idea of referrals, prescriptions, and a time frame for moving forward. Overall we’re very pleased.”
