We arrived and was told that they didn’t have our appointment on record. The doctor was not in that I made the appointment with and they had a covering doctor that was late. After sitting there for 30 mins we left since the Dr still wasn’t there yet.

I scheduled an 11:30 AM Monday appointment for my son J’s vision check. When we arrived, the doctor wasn’t present. The front desk could not tell me when he’d arrive. Only after I pressed further did they agree to call him—he didn’t respond right away. About 20 minutes later, he called and said he’d be “on the way.” Still, no one showed up. I asked the staff to at least begin the intake, which they did, but 40 minutes past our scheduled time, with no sign of the doctor, we had to leave.
To make matters worse, I later discovered the office marked the appointment as a “no call no show,” in the ZocDoc app, which is false and deeply unprofessional. They were also confused by my Zocdoc booking and made me prove I had an appointment. I’m writing this to clarify the record: this office did not honor the appointment and misrepresented my attendance. Be wary of scheduling here—they’re disorganized, unresponsive, and unreliable.

Most bizarre medical appointment experience I've ever had. Booked a 4:30PM appointment for a Saturday (they close at 5PM). Got a call from the office at around 2PM to tell me I could come in earlier if I wanted to. Told them I wouldn't be able to make it there much earlier than my appointment time.
Got there at 3:45PM and they were locked up, lights off, no one answered my 4 calls. I understand leaving early but not letting me know completely ruined plans for the rest of my day. I waited around until 4:30 just in case and same story.
I wouldn't be surprised if the doctors are great. I can't speak much to them as providers. But this experience was extremely poor. I'm usually not a "write a long bad review" kind of person.

Clean & calm office. Nice staff. The dr who did my exam was a young woman. She was very thorough with explaining things during and after my exam. She gave me good recommendations for eye drops and maintaining good eye health. I’d go back here.

Dr. Kassim is well educated and has great energy! He was pointing out problems I had experienced from my current glasses by simply looking at them like a magician. His willingness to provide and explain solutions is excellent! I didn't have to wait or fill any forms too.

This was very fun, I have fun with Dr Marwan during the checkup and help me chose my glasses frame and also I really liked everything here, they had a lot of glasses to choose from and too look, even the trendy glasses! He made sure I had a good and unforgettable experience, and I also loved everything. I love this a lot and would like to thank DR Marwan and everything that helped me!
