Absolutely horrible experience- Dr. Marwan Kass was not only TWO hours late to my appointment but also gave me EXPIRED contact lenses from 2019 leading to an eye infection and reaction that he barely took any accountability for, blaming it on moving to a new office and “it happens”. Unprofessional and laissez-faire attitude. I do NOT recommend going to literally anyone else but him. I expect a full refund and will take further action on this.
