I have been working as a clinical psychologist for over 30 years with adults of all ages including older adolescents. I feel that making a connection with your therapist is one of the most important aspects of therapy and I hope to provide my clients with a sense of caring and compassion, for without a trusting relationship therapy cannot be successful. I believe in empowering my clients to tap into their strengths to address their struggles and learn ways to cope effectively with whatever life throws at them.
