I am committed to helping others learn how to gain a better understanding of their emotions and live the life they have always wanted. I am passionate about helping others create meaning and value in their life. My work focuses on an eclectic approach - utilizing CBT and DBT with some realness and humor! I believe in providing tangible coping skills/tools to help manage your symptoms. My goal is for you to end of each session is to feel supported, grounded, developed skill set. As a cis woman who has gone through lots of life transitions, loss, and juggle the rollercoaster of motherhood I strive to provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves free of judgement - I have not lived your life - I strive to understand it.
