I love the fact that the doctor will have a loose ear and she’s very understanding and all the stuff were really nice .?

Very good doctor. Very thorough and takes the time to explain and know about your concerns.
Great doctor. Very good with patient interaction. Very smart.
The worst experience I’ve had. This “professional place of business” calling me back to back TO BACK, while I was in a important meeting the 3rd time I asked can they stop calling me, before I hung up one of the receptionist said something in a inappropriate tone. I called back to see why I was being treated that way & even when I spoke to the manager she was no help she didn’t seem concerned about her staff’s behavior. They did try to say “I was disrespectful ” which is true but AFTER they were being unprofessional acting like I DID something wrong. I will be taking further actions I’m sick of these places acting like they don’t get PAID to be there nor is anyone ASKING you to be. You don’t know what anyone is going through, that’s not cool & you don’t just get to treat people that way.

Staff well knowledgeable only items that bother me, was some of the patients were very argumentative with the staff which, made me feel uncomfortable. They need a private area for these people, Dr Labowsky looked very stressed out though she, was the only doctor in this office. The process felt very impersonal, because, she was so, busy in the pediatric area. I was notify they change my appointment also, which living like 1,5 away it was hard to arrange a ride.

As a new patient, I felt overwhelmed and unwelcomed by the staff upon entrance. All, except one, of my encounters felt like the staff was trying to do everything as fast as possible without showing interest in me as a patient. I did not feel like I had an opportunity to ask questions and I was rushed out of the office as soon as the doctor wrote the script. It was not until I was in the room with the doctor, which was 45 minutes after I arrived at the practice, that she could not write me a script for contacts and informed me I would have to schedule an appointment with someone else. I’ve never had an experience with an eye doctor in which they could not write me separate prescriptions for glasses and contacts, so that was disappointing.

Great service
The clinical staff was very friendly and efficient and the physician was personable and professional. The front desk staff could be more friendly and acknowledge you when you are standing in front of them and be more friendly.

Wonderful office, the staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. I didn't have to wait long to be seen, it was very quick once I submitted my paperwork. The doctor was great, she walked me through my questions, made suggestions on treatment and heard all of my concerns, would highly recommend.
