The office canceled my appointment without telling me, and I had to file for a new visit and wait an hour in order to see a Nurse for a check-up.

I had to wait more than 45 minutes in her office before she was available to come in to meet with me for my appointment. The entire process was very frustrating, including the way that I was getting talked to verbally while meeting with her.

My first visit was a good experience and the doctor seemed friendly, however, this second time Dr. Abid was rushed didn't listen to me at all and was unprepared for my visit. She didn't address my medical concerns with the side effects of my medication. She seemed annoyed that I didn't go to my specialist even though it was a specialty issue. I will give her another chance incase it was an off day but seems she may not be the best PCP for someone with a chronic illness.

Seamless process. I did my new patient online check-in a couple of days before and when I got there I didn't have to do any paperwork or anything. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. All of the staff and the doctor were very helpful and nice.

First of all, the office was clean and front desk staff were friendly. I loved the intake nurse! She was very comforting. Dr. Abid was not nurturing or compassionate. Her tone was very business and to the point. She spoke AT me instead of TO me. Also, I had request my records to be reviewed before the appointment and that was not done either. Unfortunately, I felt more like a number than a patient. I will return for my follow up and update this review. Overall, my experience could have been much better.

She is unable to help me with any of my medical needs - I have multiple problems and was told she couldn’t prescribe any of my medications. She referred me to two speckiat - we are snow birds I was trying to establish a PCP here so that I didn’t have to fly back to Michigan but she was unhelpful with that.

The office was nice and clean and the staff were very pleasant. Dr. Abid was very nice and very attentive. She is very thorough and made me feel very comfortable from the beginning.
