About Maryam Ebrahimzadeh
Dr. Maryam Ebrahimzadeh affectionately known as Dr. E, is a distinguished trained Naturopathic Doctor and licensed acupuncturist practicing in Maryland. Known for her warm and caring demeanor and exceptional attention to detail, Dr. Ebrahimzadeh is recognized as a leader in her field. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and holds a Master of Acupuncture from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
In 2023, Dr. Ebrahimzadeh completed her residency at the Nirvana Holistic Medicine cancer center. Additionally, in 2018, she trained under a prominent fertility Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) physician, further honing her expertise. Passionate about community service, Dr. Ebrahimzadeh enjoys asking her patients how they want to feel, live, and be every day, partnering with them to achieve their health goals using a variety of modalities in her extensive toolkit.
Dr. Ebrahimzadeh’s greatest joy lies in empowering her patients to make informed choices that improve their health and transform their lives. I had an incredible experience with Dr Maryam Ebrahimzadeh for acupuncture treatment. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. Dr maryam Ebrahimzadeh was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process, which made me feel at ease, especially since it was my first time.
The treatment itself was painless and deeply relaxing. I could feel the tension melting away as the session progressed. Dr maryam carefully tailored the treatment to address my specific issues, and I noticed significant improvements in my back pain, stress levels after just a few sessions.
The clinic is clean, peaceful, and you can tell they take great care in providing a safe and hygienic environment for their clients. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine care provided throughout the process.

Dr Ebrahimzadeh is amazing! She’s very patient and gets a full history before treatment. She’s very calming so each session is super relaxing. I already feel my anxiety has lessened and I generally am feeling better. Looking forward to continuing my treatments with her!

This is my first time ever trying acupuncture, but Maryam made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I have done a couple of sessions with her and have already noticed a difference with my anxiety. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.
