Dr. Heins, as a chiropractor, is trained to locate and remove any interference of the nervous system, called subluxations, in order to restore the amazing healing power of the nervous system. Dr. Matthew Heins was born & raised in Rochester, Michigan. He attended Oakland University for his undergraduate studies, and finished off his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While at Palmer, Dr. Heins learned the various techniques of the Palmer Package, which is utilized to treat a wide variety of age groups. Along with the most up-to-date diagnostic evaluation, equipment, and additional techniques such as Activator and soft tissue techniques, Dr. Heins can effectively treat each of his patients. Dr. Heins lives in Clarkston with his wife and his beautiful twins, born in 2021. He spends his free time playing a wide variety of sports, including soccer, golf, and basketball. He likes to keep up with all the Detroit sports teams, and just may get caught at a Lions game or two.
