Dr. Matthew Griffin is a brain injury and concussion specialist and board-certified internal medicine physician. He completed his internal medicine residency at Brown University in Rhode Island. Dr. Griffin actively presents at both national and local conferences, sharing his expertise in concussion science, treatment, and management. Additionally, he conducts educational seminars for local teams and organizations. Dr. Griffin holds the Certified ImPACT Consultant (CIC) certification, enabling him to provide baseline and post-injury testing. These tests include neurobehavioral assessments, neuropsychological evaluations, ImPACT assessments, and Biodex Biosway balance testing. Notably, he is recognized as a preferred provider by the Concussion Legacy Foundation.
