Hello there! I am a North Idaho native, born and raised in the small town of Priest River and currently building a life in the Coeur d’ Alene area with my wonderful husband and Westie puppy. As a student-athlete growing up, I quickly attained an intense passion for health and exercise early on that guided me to my career path. I first became interested in Chiropractic when I was seventeen. I had suffered from a weight-lifting injury that no one seemed to be able to help me with without the use of “Ibuprofen, ice, and rest”. After visiting a chiropractor, my eyes were opened to the alternative therapies that exist and I thought it was fascinating that we can use our own bodies to help heal ourselves with the proper knowledge, guidance, and a little bit of patience. After attending the University of Idaho in Moscow where I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition, I immediately moved to the Bay Area to start studying at Palmer College of Chiropractic and it was here that I earned my Doctorate degree in December of 2019. Growing up in God’s Country in the beautiful Panhandle, I have acquired an immense appreciation for the outdoors and for being active in it. Being outside on a hike or walk with nothing around but the sound of wind whistling through the trees and birds singing in the distance is my happy place. There is something so calm and sanctioned about being away from the chaos of everyday life. It is my goal to not only continue living my best life learning, exploring, and growing every day, but to help others live their best life as well. I hope to help inspire, educate, and heal those I come into contact with both physically and emotionally. I truly believe that a healthy body is a happy body and I want everyone to experience what that feels like.
