Melissa and staff were very friendly, professional and patient. Receptionist greeted me right away and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Doctor Melissa was very friendly and made me feel so welcome which was very important to me as a new patient. Dr Melissa listened to my concerns and gave me great feedback and was very supportive of my needs. I am very grateful that I was able to find Dr Melissa.

I stumbled upon Melissa when I was in need of primary care services and saw she had immediate availability. Although she specializes in workers compensation, my experience with her primary care was excellent. Working in healthcare myself, I recognize when providers are passionate about the work they do, and this certainly applies to Melissa. She has outstanding bedside manner and the appointment didn’t feel rushed. Explaining my somewhat complex medical history as a new patient usually feels like a daunting experience, but Melissa made this process easy. I highly recommend her services.

Melissa's mission here is evident through her thoughtful engagement in conversation and genuine concern for her patients. For example: they validate parking because they don't believe barriers like arbitrary small fees should keep people from receiving the care they need. Melissa was welcoming to me as a queer person and expressed that she provides comprehensive care to trans people as well if my friends or partners needed to find care. I felt comfortable and safe with her, and I highly recommend her services (but selfishly want to keep their availability to myself!)
