Seeking therapy is a huge step and I am very excited to begin working with you! I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression; anxiety; substance abuse; stress; and general life issues. My approach to therapy is that of teamwork! My main goal is to build a therapeutic alliance and work collaboratively with my clients; alongside each other; two experts coming together.
