“Dr. Pongratz, Yesterday, I saw Dr. Pongratz for a follow-up on my eye pressure. She said everything was fine, and I will be seeing her again in May for a routine eye exam. Dr. Pongratz informed me that she can also assist me if I develop an eye infection. I will use her for all my eye-related needs. She is a very friendly doctor and I would highly recommend her. Dr. Pongrantz and her staff took good care of me. Dr. Pongratz answered all my questions regarding cataract surgery. Her staff was very patient with me when scheduling the upcoming appointments.

I have had problems with my eyes since childhood. Dr. Pongratz is so polite, and knowledgeable. l'll go to her for any eye problem that I may or might have in the future. She is always very polite.
