Every employee I spoke with was lovely. The provider was blunt but nice. I appreciated that she didn't beat around the bush and manged to crack a few smiles. The appointment was a little later than scheduled, but that wasn't too big of a deal. Speaking with this provider was worth it.

Overall, the visit was OK. I didn’t really get the help that I requested, she pretty much told me I could get what I needed on my own from the store. I took my 15 minute break to meet with her at 10:45 AM, but she didn’t come into the room until my break was almost over. She had a nice demeanor. ?

The doctor rushed the appointment after being 15 minutes late. Didn't bother getting to know me. Didn't care if I had anything to say. She liked to be the only one talking. She asked a bunch of questions that really didn't matter. She thought I was taking another medication. So I'm unsure if she was even asking the right questions. She completely blew me off when i was thinking about switching doctors she kept on insisting that I stick with them. Made me feel uncomfortable when she didn't take no for an answer. I really want my money back after that experience. I wasted my PTO and lunch time with this.

I have had 2 appointments, one where she was getting me a prescription refilled and one where bloodwork was supposed to get pulled - both appointments were fine, but there has been zero follow up from her on getting the prescription refilled or from her office on the bloodwork info. I booked virtual and through the app to manage a busy schedule and have had to go elsewhere to get both of these done since I don't trust her and her team to follow up at this point, feels harsh writing this but its not optimal to have it take this much extra time due to no follow ups, to me, ease is sort of the entire point of the app and virtual appointments.

I’m not sure about this Physician because Zocdoc botched the appointment beforehand. Then, days later, my rescheduled appointment was cancelled the day-of because it was declined. Basically, I never even had an appointment to review. She may be an exquisite medical professional but I’ll never know.

Waited for over an hour. Still not seen. They did not seem that busy. I could wait no longer. After this final bad experience with doctors I am of a mind never to see another doctor as long as I live!

I went in because I am sick with flu symptoms and my partner got diagnosed with mono the day prior. She said that she will not test me for anything (flu, strep, Covid, mono) bc the “treatment is the same for each”. She was incredibly condescending and misinformed. She said that even if I do have mono I’m fine to continue life as normal (I work outdoors with children. IE high risk for spleen or liver damage!). She also said getting your tonsils out is one of the least invasive surgeries as an adult and not painful which is WILD. The office staff was rude over the phone and in person. The last two times I was here they were doing fire alarm testing so the fire alarm was going off the entirety of each appointment. I’m not going back ever. It was a nightmare.

Staff & provider were friendly, however I throughly filled out the paperwork BEFORE my appointment & my provider said to me. “ I DON’T READ PATIENT CHARTS”! So don’t bother filling out the application with medications or previous medical history because they will just ask for it when you get there! Otherwise the staff & provider were okay.
