NP was short with me, told me what she thought it could be even though I didn’t think it was that due to experience. She kept insisting. She encouraged me to do my own swab and gave me the container. It was clear that she didn’t really want to do it. She said she would call me in 2 days with results. She never called. I called for results after 2 days and I then all of sudden got sent an email to view my results, once I asked why I didn’t get called with results? Receptionist said NP would call once she reviewed my results later that evening or first thing in the morning. I never got a call to explain my results. Good thing I have medical terminology knowledge and know how to google.
