“The visit and support was great. However, I had a frustrating experience where my prescription did not get forwarded to my pharmacy, which resulted in time wasted even though I waited the recommended time before going there. The doctor’s office seemed aware of the issue between their system and my preferred, but refused to provide a physical copy of the prescription so I could resolve it directly with my pharmacy (“we don’t do business like that” was the quote from the staff, like I was asking for something dodgy?!). Instead, I was instructed to call whilst I was at the pharmacy store, and hope the doctor wasn’t busy with another patient. Really inconvenient.”
