“It was my first time ever getting an eye exam so I was nervous & not sure what to expect. Everyone was friendly, helpful, assured me of what all the processes will be. Then it was my turn to pick glasses; the young lady that helped me was fabulous. She helped me pick out different styles, she reassured me that I was gonna be ok (never in my life did I think I would need glasses) & was very helpful with the process. Everyone made me feel comfortable & the experience as a whole was one I was happy to have. 10 out of 10 ! However, if this is what 30 looks like, I’ll take my refund please. ??”
