I made my appointment online and the office in ASHBURN called me asked what office I wanted to be seen at yesterday. This was after I made the appointment for FAIRFAX over 2 weeks ago. I am not impressed that theywait until 45 minutes before my appointment to call me.

The women who did my eye exam was so rude! I had my toddler and she kept grabbing him aggressively while doing my exam(she had no need to he was just walking around).im a single mother and don't have no oneto watch my son ,and she was remarking me on how I need to be a better mother and have my child under control,he's only 1 and a half.so rude,and when she did my prescription and I got my glasses it seemed way off! Like she did it on purpose.never again! Awful service

I received THREE calls from the office between the day I scheduled the appointment and my actual visit. One to reschedule, one to ask for address and finally to confirm my appointment. Too much calling. Also, I filled out my paperworkon line but was still asked to do it at the office. Doctor Trisia was very professional and there was no pressure to make me buy stuff or rush into decisions .

The staff is overbearing and manipulative in order to get patients to buy glasses they don't want. They hid the final cost until I had already paid a non refundable deposit.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with medical providers. The optometrist herself was great. However the overall experience was incredibly unprofessional. From the time I walked in the door, there was a sales push for everythingfrom gentle eye molding to ultrasonic contact lenses cleaner. This was from the assistants, not the doctor themselves. I was asked personal questions about my contact wearing across the waiting room while there were other patients present. Even when I got up and stood next to the assistant she still spoke loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear. The breaking straw was when the assistant attempted to dilate my eyes with eye drops in the waiting room next to another gentleman who was also getting the same test done. I have been going to the eye doctor for over 25 years and have never experienced something so unprofessional. I was able to get my eyes dilated in a private room, but only after questioning the assistant and I was told "this is how we always do it." I will not be returning for any services at this office and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
