About Dr. Michael Bernardi
Dr. Bernardi is a graduate of Transylvania University and the University of Louisville. He also graduated from The University of Louisville School of Medicine, Summa Cum Laude, in 2007 and completed his internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at the University of Louisville. He has been in practice since 2011.
Dr. Bernardi offers medical and surgical dermatology. He is passionate about establishing close relationships with his patients. For him, one of the most rewarding aspects of dermatology is seeing skin disease improve with appropriate therapy. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Kentucky Dermatological Society, American Board of Dermatology and Greater Louisville Medical Society.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Bernardi is an avid runner and enjoys leisure reading when he has time. He also enjoys spending time around the water with his family in the summer. He and his wife have two boys.

Dr. Bernardi was very prompt, answered all of my questions about multiple issues, and even removed a bothersome skin lesion last minute! It was easy to book an appointment online. I was appreciative of his care.

My visit was great. I was called back at my appt time. I showed the Dr. my problem and he took a biopsy. The procedure went smoothly. He told me his office would contact me with the results and how to care for my wound. Dr. Bernardi was very kind as was his asst. My appt was at 10:30 and I was finished at 10:45.
