Dr. Michael Cho is a dedicated and caring cardiologist based in Middletown, Newburgh, and Rock Hill, NY. Dr. Cho earned his medical degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dallas. He then completed a fellowship in cardiology at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx.

I arrived 15 minutes early and the nurse took me right in. She took all my vitals and the doctor was with me within 5 minutes. He takes his time and is very thorough. Easy to talk to and answers all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Visiting Crystal Run Healthcare was OK during the actual visit but, if you have to call to do anything like change, cancel and appointment or ask the doctor something, the process is atrocious. There are several prerecorded messages that you have to endure and cannot skip, and then a slew of choices after that. Once you try to figure who you need to talk to, you select the number and then get put into a queue that can take an hour to talk to someone human. Then they tell you after all of that, that they will have to leave a message with the person who you need to talk to and they will call you back within 24 hours. Horrible experience, especially when they keep stating "your call is very important to us".........well not really !

First visit, really cannot rate Dr Cho other than he did have a very nice bedside manner. I did not enjoy waiting outside (due to covid) in the cold month of February for 35 minutes after appointment time. Spent most of appointment with nurse, only saw Dr Cho for review of EKG and recommendation for further tests. Checking out, scheduling tests and follow up appointments was an ordeal! I arrived early, so in total, I was there for over 2 & 1/2 hours for an EKG. Bottom line, EXPECT TO BE THERE AWHILE!!!

This was my very first cardiology appointment and I am impressed with Dr. Cho. I thought he was very professional and fully listened to me throughout appointment. I never felt rushed and he took him time to be sure I felt comfortable. It is difficult to find many doctors that actually take the time to listen to the patient. Very good person centered care. I would most definitely recommend. :)

Dr Cho is wonderful. He apologized for the wait. Got right down to reviewing my history and asking questions. He also asks for clarification on answers provided to help refine the possible issues.
