About Dr. Michael Conroy
Michael P. Conroy, M.D. is the owner & founder of OhioDERM. He is a board-certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist (skin pathologist). A native of Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Conroy attended the University of Dayton where he earned his B.S. in Biology. He went on to earn his M.S. in Human Anatomy at Wright State University (Dayton, OH).
Dr. Conroy returned to Philadelphia to obtain his M.D degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He was selected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society which is reserved for the top 10% of medical school graduates.
Dr. Conroy completed his 3-year Dermatology residency at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. Following residency, he finished his training with a 1-year fellowship in Dermatopathology (skin pathology) at Geisinger Medical Center (Danville, PA).
In 2008, Dr. Conroy founded Dermatologists of Greater Columbus (DGC) in Dublin, OH. For the next 14 years he would serve as Chief Medical Officer for DGC and later, for Dermatologists of Central States (DOCS). During this time, he was also a dermatopathologist at Dermatopathology Lab of Central States (DLCS).
Dr. Conroy lives in Dublin, OH with his wife, Cindy, originally from New Bremen, OH. They have two children, Quincy is an undergraduate at the University of Dayton and Norah is a student Dublin Jerome High School. Dr. Conroy loves traveling with his family, hiking, cooking/restaurants, LifeTime Fitness, Broadway shows, Phillies baseball, (Super Bowl Champion) Philadelphia Eagles, Dublin Jerome & LuckyLax Girls Lacrosse and all genres of music. Dr. Conroy is thrilled to open OhioDERM as he begins the next chapter of his career!

I had a great first time visit with Dr. Conroy today. I had a minimal wait- and I was 5min late to my appointment. There were three people in the waiting area when I arrived and within about 5 minutes they all had been taken back. I was able to schedule a 7:15am appointment so that I did not have to take off work which was amazing. He was polite, quick but thorough, and able to identify the issue right away. Great visit!
