With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Michael Duch is an orthopedic surgeon who treats a wide range of bone, joint, and sports medicine conditions throughout the body. He is known for combining surgical expertise with a practical, patient-first approach, recommending surgery only when it's the right path and offering effective non-surgical options whenever possible.
Dr. Duch specializes in knee, hip, and shoulder replacement, as well as both operative and non-operative fracture care. He works closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and pain management providers to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care that supports faster healing and a smoother recovery, whether a patient's treatment plan involves surgery or not.
Dr. Duch earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed a general surgery internship at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton. He went on to complete his orthopedic surgery residency at Temple University Hospital and a sports medicine fellowship at The Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. He is a member of the Medical Society of New Jersey and the Mercer County Medical Society.

What an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was genuinely caring, compassionate, and concerned. They actually took the time to listen and understand what I was going through. After a terrible experience elsewhere, where I felt pressured into expensive procedures, epidurals, and surgery, this was such a breath of fresh air! This doctor truly listens, cares, and puts his patients first. I left feeling absolutely amazing and so grateful I found him. I cannot recommend this man highly enough! If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, go see him! For the first time in a long time I was able to wake up with no pain!

Dr.Duch was very professional as well as kind and explained everything to me so that I understood my situation. He didn’t push me into surgery but made a game plan for me that is cautious. Great personality, friendly and empathetic. Brand new office was beautiful! The staff was efficient and the X-ray tech was awesome!
Overall a wonderful experience for a painful situation!
