Communication is also essential—not only with the patient but with their family, especially in the hospital or nursing home. Good communication goes a long way. I've been practicing for more than 10 years, building meaningful relationships with my patients. I like to catch up, see how they're doing, and ask about their family and vacations. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and went on to receive my Doctor of Medicine from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. I completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Temple University Hospital. My father was a doctor, and that had a significant impact on me growing up. My greatest passion in life is my family—my wife and two daughters. They are the most important thing to me. I spend a lot of time with them and enjoy fishing. We're big Eagles fans, and I have season tickets.
