Staff was rude, didn’t want to help, didn’t want to listen to how my insurance coverage works, interrupted when I tried to explain anything and was not allowed to be seen by the doctor. Claimed they didn’t accept my insurance when I’ve been seen by them before with no issues. Since then my insurance has reached out to me not understanding why they haven’t been sent the results.
