The wait time was about an hour and twenty minutes, even though I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The office also required a hard copy or emailed photo of both sides of my insurance card. While I understand the need, most people now use digital cards (and my insurance was already linked on Zocdoc), so it felt a bit outdated. The staff was generally friendly, though a little curt about the insurance situation.
As for the doctor, he was knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. That said, I was surprised to learn that what my PCP told me would be taken care of that day could actually take weeks. I was in pain and under a lot of stress, so I would have appreciated more empathy when delivering that news. His approach was very matter-of-fact, which may work for some patients, but in situations where people are frustrated, anxious, or hearing conflicting guidance from other doctors, a warmer bedside manner would go a long way.

Dr was arrogant and rushed and wouldn't offer to help expedite my procedure when other doctors offered to do so. Now I'm in tremendous pain and trying to find an alternative professional. They also called me day of the scheduled appointment saying they wouldn't see me at my scheduled time, so I had to cancel my appointment to rush over there. I rushed over there and they ended up having me wait until my original time any way. It's not worth the aggravation. I strongly suggest looking for a better option if you're in Miami.

I couldn't believe that it was that easy to book an appointment for a specialist. The previous day, I had spent hours on the phone trying to book an appointment.
I scheduled the visit and received the confirmation at 4am. It was too good to be true, so I called the office at 9am to verify my appointment was indeed confirmed, and they said YES, WE HAVE YOU HERE.
