Dr Michelle is great, she listens and acts accordingly. My one issue is that she ordered the same medication twice to the same pharmacy and won't switch it to another pharmacy, well guess what the pharmacy it was sent to has none and is on backorder

Doctor appointment is fifteen minutes max. If you are trying to discuss treatment options it will be hard due to time constraints. If you have questions or something is unclear, oh well the time has ended. The first five minute or so minutes are spent collecting dues and verifying information.

Seems like she would rather do phone calls instead of video calls. Calls kept dropping with no way to reach back. I tried calling her office and the number provided was invalid. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me tell her my concerns and went straight to diagnose me with sleep apnea.
I told her I have a random skin rash and she said it could be eczema, fugal or bacterial acne but how can she know if she can’t see it herself? All she told me was to apply cortisone
Overall I felt rushed and I wouldn’t not recommend .

The nurse was driving while she took my call. Due to this, the connection was not proper, and the video call had to be replaced by a phone call.
She did not read the thorough explanation I had written in advance of the meeting. I told her I did not have a symptom, then she proceeded to tell me she would give me medication for that symptom.
She started telling me to do things that I had already mentioned doing.
Once I was done explaining my symptoms, she asked me "ok what do you want to do then?"! If I knew what to do I wouldn't be calling you!
I left the 10minute, meeting very frustrated and uncared for.

The doctor knew i went in for a medication refill. However, they did not tell me that they’re unable to refill the medicine in question — something they could’ve easily done before an inefficient meeting, where the doctor showed up late.

They don't do pre authorizations for the medications they prescribed because I'm a telehealth patient. This is new to me, I am now out of medication and have to find a new pcp immediately. They shouldn't be accepting new patients since they won't go through the insurance to get pre-auth for medications. Why are they accepting the insurance?
