My areas of interest and experience include mood disorders, adjustment, trauma, women’s issues, co-dependency, and substance use. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere and provide clients with insightful feedback and tools to empower them to reduce negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while enhancing their overall quality of life.
