Never got to see the doctor since it was communicated that the doctor wait is typically over an hour wait. And enforced once I said I can’t wait any longer since it had been an hour and a half already! No doctor should run up insurance bills and make patients wait by overbooking

I got here 15minutes prior as requested, and I am still waiting at 6:02p. It would have been more appropriate to offer a different day due to extended wait time.
