About Dr. Mina Roshankar
Our gentle chiropractor, Dr. Roshankar, focuses on non-invasive, effective care for neck pain, low back pain, and tendinopathy-such as plantar fasciitis and medial epicondylitis-while also elevating athletic performance and treating headaches. Most of her patients experience results within 3-5 sessions.
Dr. Roshankar uses shock wave therapy and Active Release Technique (ART), specialized soft tissue methods that target individual muscles to relieve pain, reduce tension, and normalize tissue tonicity. The result is pain relief, increased range of motion, and improved mobility.
She also employs the McKenzie Method for diagnosing and treating mechanical neck and low back pain, aiming to reduce radicular pain and disc herniation. Her approach includes diversified adjusting skills, kinesiotaping, and a weight loss plan through the ChiroThin program to achieve optimal results.
Dr. Roshankar earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine.

Dr. Mina works in a welcoming, calming space. She takes time to get to know my physical discomforts and complaints. Her active release technique is very hands-on, engaging both of us in many movements, and very effective for getting relief at the root of the pain and imbalance. I refer her to all my friends and family.

She did fantastic job on my shoulder. She is quit knowledgable and professional. After few sessions of her great job on me. The pain was almost gone & ROM was back to normal. Thank you Dr. Mina. Each session was like I could feel the improvement. Highly recommended.

Dr. Mina is a wizard. Conducted a thoughtful and thorough examination to find the root causes of my posture issues then did her work and I've been standing taller already. Was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Atmosphere was very comforting and safe. I trust Dr. Mina and am so glad I've found her. First chiropractor I've seen thats this caring, thorough, patient, and communicative. Would recommend and am excited to go back for my next session.
