Lovely nurses and excellent staff but the doctor was highly unprofessional and did not listen to me and even scolded me during appointment. He had no practices of informed consent and gave no warning before he proceeded with internal examinations. I’d hoped especially male doctors might be more sensitive to this being uncomfortable or upsetting to patients nowadays but sadly not.

1- They took a urine biopsy and after a couple of days they did not post the results on the portal, I called them requesting the results, their response was we do not have a urine test result which so wired!!
2- The doctor did not do any physical examination attributing that by waiting the semen analysis test results and asked me to call once I got the results, again I did not get anything on the portal, called them they sent the results per email upon my call request, then I asked to talk to the doctor they refused, then I indicated that the doctor who asked me to give a call once I got the results, they kept refusing and I could not communicate with the doctor.
3- Moreover, I found out of nowhere a confirmed diagnosis reported on the portal before getting the semen analysis results, and still before any physical examination from the doctor!!!
Totally mess, I do not recommend him at all
