ā€œDr Sternlieb really knows his stuff. Two surprises: first, he actively listened to me, allowing time for me to share my thinking and ask questions, was not distracted, and spent the entire time allotted for my visit in the room with me, fully engaged; also, I booked a new patient visit at end of day for early the next morning. Doc showed up with an uncanny familiarity with my history and conditions. Thank you, electronic medical record. Also thanks to Nurse Fabulous, the RN who installed me in a room 30 sec after I got there, had all my vitals 3 mins later, and me talked in off the ledge 5 mins after that. Just a "this is new!" panic attack. One con: Doc wrote 3 Rx. 1 week and 2 calls later, still missing 1. Staff seems pleasant enough, but a 2:3 Rx fail ratio is (Sad face)ā€

What a great experience. The women in the office were welcoming and professional. When I met with the doctor he was wonderful. Very thorough and explained everything to me. I didn’t feel rushed he took his time with me, I did have to wait a bit but I understand why because he just wants to make the patient at the time his priority. I would highly recommend.
